We first examine the existing process from its starting point to the final outcome. We identify which tasks are manual and repetitive, where information enters, how it moves between systems, and which parts create the most time consumption or human error.

The process flow is designed and the required action at each stage is defined. Workflows can follow different paths based on specific conditions; a request may take a different route depending on its type, amount, status or the information submitted with it.

The required systems are connected so information moves between them without manual entry. Spreadsheets, databases, CRMs, websites, email, APIs and Telegram can all communicate as part of a single workflow.
