AI Recruitment Agents
From defining hiring requirements and creating job descriptions to screening resumes, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews and reporting; an agent that runs recruitment against criteria the HR manager defines, and evaluates every candidate through the same structured path.
This is for you if
- Resume screening and initial candidate evaluation take significant time from your HR team, and you want to automate these steps based on clear and controllable criteria.
- You use different evaluation criteria for different roles and want the HR manager to define which factors should be used — skills, experience, education, location, salary expectations or other requirements.
- You want initial candidate communication, information collection, interview scheduling and reporting to happen without losing the evaluation structure or creating a poor candidate experience.
When not to hire me for this
If the goal is simply to collect resumes and filter them on a few keywords, without considering the actual hiring criteria, the evaluation process or existing HR systems, you probably do not need this level of system. The goal is not to replace the HR manager's final decision; it is to collect information, evaluate candidates against defined criteria, manage the stages, and present the result in a structured way to the decision-maker.
How it runs
- 1
Defining hiring requirements and evaluation criteria
The hiring requirement, role description and evaluation criteria are reviewed first. The HR manager can define which factors matter for each position, from skills and experience to education, location, salary expectations and other requirements. The scoring and evaluation structure is then built around those criteria.
- 2
Candidate intake and processing
Candidate resumes and information are received through the website, application forms, email and Telegram. Required information is extracted and structured so each candidate enters the evaluation process through a consistent framework.
- 3
Screening and scoring
The agent evaluates each candidate against the criteria the HR manager defined for the position. Different sections can carry separate scores, resulting in a structured assessment of how closely each candidate matches the hiring requirement.
- 4
Initial communication and information completion
If the available information is not sufficient to continue, the agent can hold an initial conversation with the candidate, collect what is required, and end the conversation once it has been obtained. The collected information is added to the candidate's record, and the agent's own performance is included in the HR manager's reports.
- 5
Interview scheduling and management
Based on the calendar and the days and time slots the HR manager has defined, a suitable interview time is coordinated with the candidate. Information from each stage is recorded so the status of every candidate remains traceable.
- 6
Reporting and initial recommendation
Collected information, screening results and section scores are presented to the HR manager in a structured report. Based on predefined criteria and scores, the system can offer an initial recommendation on whether to continue; the final decision remains with the HR manager.
- 7
Candidate follow-up and status management
Candidate status is tracked throughout the stages. If information is insufficient, no suitable candidate is identified, or human action is required, the responsible person is notified so the next step can be decided.
What you are left with
A recruitment system that manages everything from defining hiring requirements and evaluation criteria to resume intake, screening, initial communication, interview scheduling and reporting, while allowing the HR manager to define the evaluation structure for each position.
